Description

Whirlwind Manufacturing Company of Maryland built strong laminated hulls using techniques developed during WWII building gliders. They built lifeboats, racing boats, and runabouts. This 17' runabout was built in 1958. It has been restored and re-engined, and is a beautiful example of past days on the water.
Engine is a 1984 Johnson 60 horse that runs strong and reliably.
Original tilt trailer that has been reinforced and has new bearings and races.
